"The exterior of our house hadn’t been painted in over 12 years. As a result, the job required a considerable amount of prep work including reglazing 50% of the windows, remaking a set of closeable shutters, and hanging a replacement basement door. All of this work, along with the actual painting, was executed with great skill. They also removed mildew from the ceiling of our side porch and then stained and varnished ceiling back to the original finish. We chose a high gloss dark green for our front door. It took patience to fill small indentations, sand, prime, and to carefully apply two coats of the gloss finish. Benavides had the craftsmen to execute the job. Rigo communicated well, the crew arrived on time, stayed on task all day long, and at the end of the day left the job site in good order. We highly recommend their work."
